The Funeral Service for Kay will be held at West Suffolk Crematorium on Wednesday 15th May 2019 at 1pm.
Immediate family flowers only please but donations in memory of Kay for Alzheimer's Research UK may also be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 63 Victoria Road, Diss, IP24 4JE.
Only donations made online will be listed in the Tribute Garden but a comprehensive list of donations made offline will be forwarded to the next of kin.
